At 28 years old, Sydney Osborne has already proven to be influential in her community and in her career in the Salon and Spa industry. Sydney is an Advisory Board Member for Paul Mitchell the School Boise and has been featured in press conferences with Idaho’s LT. Governor and Federal Board of Education in an effort to fight Salon and Spa Industry deregulation. As an adoptive parent to a medically fragile child, Sydney became a well-known advocate for children with special needs. Sydney is the founder of “Rick’s Dream”, a nonprofit organization that hosts experiential events at elementary schools, providing students an experience of a day in the life of their peers with disabilities. Sydney also has civic partnerships with organizations like IRUN4 Michael, Camp River Run, and the Idaho Women's Business Center. Sydney is committed to lifelong learning, personal development, and the belief that we are all roots of the same flower.
