“Get Clear I thought to myself.” I was about to teach my first wilderness yoga retreat of the year, third one ever. Being a sensitive individual, as most yogis are, I knew I wasn’t clear. Transparency

As I work with businesses and organizations, this word is definitely thrown around, a lot. But I don’t think a majority of high level leaders truly grasp it’s meaning, beyond the trendiness of saying it like you mean it. What it is not.
